About this site

This site is dedicated to genealogy of Burg Reuland and surrounding communities in what is now the border triangle where the modern boundaries of Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany meet. It is maintained by a trio of related colleagues with family roots in Burg Reuland and deep passion for genealogy and family history.

A series of transcriptions and extractions of Burg Reuland archival materials, including baptismal, birth, death, and marriage records from 1661 through t870, forms the core of this site's materials. Those documents are supplemented by a wide range of related materials supporting genealogical work on this area. Consult the site map for an overview of all resources.
